Biographie

After a university education mainly focused on litigation procedures, private international law and business law, Frédéric discovered the law of associations and became aware of the problems of the associative sector within the National League against Cancer, where he worked as a trainee legal expert and then as a volunteer legal expert.

Drawing on this experience, Frédéric assists and advises non-profit organisations and companies in their structuring, negotiation and transactions in business law. He also acts in various types of civil, commercial and criminal litigation in business law.
